Mixed with spirit and sugar, UP Viking Punsch Essence gives a sweet, arrack-based punsch of Ultra Premium quality. It can also be used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence – 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
Served warm with pea soup, cold with coffee – or used to flavour baked goods and confectionery.

Flavour Profile
The Ultra Premium profile has a long finish: smoky, aromatic arrack, soft vanilla pod, candied lemon peel, an astringent tea note and dark sugar. The colour is a warm amber gold.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
