Freight is calculated in shopping cart.
Larger orders are sold Ex works, your forwarder or you can pick up here in Svedala, Sweden.
Delivery takes 1 week in Europe and 2-3 weeks outside of Europe.
15 liter essence with container and card board box weighs normally 20 kg, depending on flavor.

Shipping

Distillery-Yeast.com ships worldwide.
Shipping cost is calculated by country and the weight of the parcel.
Parcels less than 2kg are sent as first class letters, RRR (Return Receipt Request) included for orders outside Europe. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your order Online on the homepage of your postal service provider. All parcels that whey more than 2kg include a tracking number.

To see shipping prices, add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive information about shipping price before actually placing a order.

Shipping Time

Orders within Europe:
Please allow 5-7 days delivery after shipping date.

Orders outside of Europe:
Please allow 10-14 days delivery after shipping date.

We usually ship within 2 business days from our storage location in Europe/Sweden.

Shipping Information

Orders are sent to the registered address from our offices in Sweden using standard Swedish Postal Service Provider, Posten. Maximum weight for a postal parcel to almost any countries is 20 kg. Therefore, please order essences in 15 liter containers or smaller. The parcel sent from us will automatically change handler when it arrives to the ordered country.

Update: We have added DHL shipping service for Business 2 Business orders.

Please note: This option is visible to all customers in our DHL shipping zone during checkout but B2B shipping is only valid to Business orders. Please do not use this option if you do not reside on a valid company address. Shipping price will display at checkout before placement of order.

Customers from U.S.A.

We are sorry to inform that because of shipping regulations we are not able to to send food grade products to U.S.A. If you are ordering from Distillery-Yeast.com and reside in U.S.A. you will have to send a forwarder to pick up your order!
The only valid categories for U.S.A. customers using postal parcel are:

Ordering other products to U.S.A. will render your order invalid and may force us to close your account here on Distillery-Yeast.com. You are more than welcome to order from our smaller consumer shop Allfreightfree.com

You can also visit our Importer / Wholesaler in U.S.A., Canada & Texas, Brewhaus America Inc. They will gladly supply you with our products, answer your questions and help you in any way they can.

Exchange and Returns

If you decide not to keep the products you have purchased, you may return them within 14 days in unused, unwashed and original condition including packing and/or with instructions that may have been included. We will refund the price of the products but we will not refund shipping cost and/or handling fee.

Returns are refunded with product price minus shipping cost. Please always contact our Support >> before returning any product. We can then reserve another products for you if you want to change it or arrange with return freight and replacement product for a defect product.

Do not forget to attach a copy of your receipt (order confirmation) so we know who the return comes from.

OBS: Note that you as a customer are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We recommend that you send it with tracking possibility. Refund or exchange will take place when we receive the returned product/products.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- If you choose not accept or collect your product from the post
- The products have been opened or are not returned in their original condition
- You decide to change your mind after products are shipped
