UP Malt Whisky Essence gives neutral spirit the character of classic malt whisky – barley malt, heather honey, dried fruit, vanilla, toasted oak and a quiet note of smoke. It can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.

UP Malt Whisky Essence 25 L
The largest format of our malt whisky essence is aimed at drinks makers, restaurant chains and food producers. 25 litres becomes 937.5 litres of finished whisky, which works out at just over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml.
Flavour Profile
Amber-gold in colour. The nose offers malt, honey and heather, the palate pear, fig, vanilla toffee and dry oak. The finish is long, with a light, elegant smokiness.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
