Flavour Profile
The style is drier and more schnapps-like. Star anise, fennel and liquorice meet orange peel, ginger, allspice and clove, with green herbal streaks and a clear, clean bitterness from roots. The finish is very long.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
