UP Emerald Whiskey Essence is mixed with spirit to make a full-bodied, creamy and smoke-free whiskey, or used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished whiskey. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings dried fruit, vanilla custard, honey and spicy oak to drinks and premium foods.

Ultra Premium is our highest quality tier, here in a size for manufacturers who want to position their whiskey a notch above the ordinary. 25 litres of essence becomes 937.5 litres of finished drink.
Flavour Profile
Compared with the Prestige version the profile is darker and rounder: raisins, apricot and figs, vanilla and honey, cinnamon and freshly planed oak. The mouthfeel is creamy and the finish long, with touches of dark chocolate and nuts.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished whiskey. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
