Mixed with spirit and sugar, UP Compadre ROSSO essence gives a bright red bitter aperitif with bitter orange, herbs and rhubarb. It can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
Contents 25 litres. 18.67 ml of essence makes 700 ml of finished aperitif. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
For spritzes, Negronis and long drinks on a large scale.

Flavour Profile
The flavour opens with candied orange and cherry, then turns towards a clean, elegant bitterness of bitter orange peel, gentian root and bitter herbs. The close is dry, long and refreshing.
How to Use
The essence is mixed with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished aperitif. The concentration is 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
