Flavour Profile
The nose offers rye bread, black pepper and maple syrup. The palate is round with toffee, vanilla and dried fruit, tightened up by toasted oak and a spicy heat. The finish is dry and clean, with no smokiness whatsoever.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished whisky. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
