UP Bluegrass Whiskey Essence is mixed with spirit to make a spicy, smoke-free corn whiskey with vanilla, caramel, roasted peanuts, pepper, cinnamon and toasted oak. The essence can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.

UP Bluegrass Whiskey Essence 25 L
Bluegrass is the classic corn whiskey in producer format – sweet on the nose, spicy on the palate and entirely without smoke. 25 litres of essence gives 937.5 litres of finished spirit, over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml, and a profile that works just as well in the glass as in mixed drinks.
Flavour Profile
The finished drink turns a warm amber. Vanilla and caramel greet you first, then a characteristic note of roasted peanuts and cornbread. Pepper and cinnamon give a spicy bite, and toasted oak a dry, firm close.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
