Flavour Profile
The original flavour that has made Candy Shot Toffee such a success: milky cream toffee, butter toffee, browned butter and vanilla, with lightly burnt sugar and a little salt at the close. Golden-brown colour in the finished drink.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit and sugar according to the instructions supplied. The essence is concentrated 37.5 times – 1000 litres gives 37,500 litres of finished drink.
