PR White Sambuca Liqueur Essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make a clear aniseed and elderflower liqueur, and can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.

Flavour Profile
Warm, spicy star anise with floral elder and sweet liquorice root. The finished liqueur turns out crystal clear, thick and oily, with a long and sweet finish.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
