PR Lemon Gin Essence is mixed with spirit to make a dry gin with fresh lemon, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings lemon peel, lemon oil and a mild juniper note to drinks, dressings and desserts.

Lemon gin for manufacturers. 25 litres of essence corresponds to 937.5 litres of finished gin, or over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml, and gives you a flavoured gin that is easy to sell throughout the warm season.
Flavour Profile
The profile is built on lemon peel and lemon oil with a streak of lemon balm, over a mild base of juniper and coriander. The finished drink is perfectly clear, dry and refreshing.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
