PR Cloudberry Liqueur Essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make cloudberry liqueur, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
Brings honeyed cloudberry flavour with apricot and fine acidity to liqueurs, desserts, ice cream and sauces.

Cloudberries are a costly, elusive raw material with harvests that swing wildly from one year to the next. With essence, the taste of the gold of the marshes becomes available whatever the berry supply: 25 litres gives 937.5 litres of finished liqueur, over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml.
Flavour Profile
A warm, berry-rich profile with honey, apricot, fresh acidity and a lightly seedy structure. The finished liqueur is golden to amber in colour.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
