Flavour Profile
A dark mahogany-brown rum with a scent of molasses, plums and vanilla. The flavour is full and bittersweet, with burnt sugar, raisins, liquorice root and a light note of smoke. A long, warming finish.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 280 ml makes 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml, a total of 10.5 litres. Instructions are on the label.
