PR Green Peppermint Liqueur Essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make green peppermint liqueur, or used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
Brings cool peppermint and emerald-green colour to drinks, ice cream and confectionery.

Flavour Profile
Clean, sweet peppermint with cooling menthol and a light herbal note. The finished liqueur is clear and deep emerald green with a full body.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
