25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.

The elderflower season lasts a couple of weeks – demand for the flavour lasts all year. With 25 litres of essence, equal to 937.5 litres of finished drink, the producer no longer depends on the harvest and can deliver early summer even in November.
Flavour Profile
A bright, floral profile: sweet elderflower with a pollen note, grapey muscat-style fruit, fresh lemon and a very light spiciness. The finished drink is clear with a pale light-yellow shimmer.
How to Use
