PR Red Leaf Whisky Essence is mixed with spirit to make a light, dry mixing whisky, or used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished whisky. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings toffee, vanilla, rye spice and gentle oak to drinks and foods.

Flavour Profile
The profile is light, soft and dry: cream toffee and vanilla up front, peppery rye in the middle and pale oak on the finish. No smoke. The flavour is designed to work hand in hand with soft drinks and juice.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished whisky. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
