PR Blue Curacao Liqueur Essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make blue orange liqueur, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
Brings bitter orange, bigarade and a clear blue colour to liqueurs, drink mixes, ice cream and confectionery.

Flavour Profile
The profile is carried by bitter orange peel and bigarade, rounded off with sweet orange and a light spiciness. The finished drink is a clear, stable blue with the smooth body typical of a liqueur.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
