25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml corresponds to 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings lemon peel, coriander, orris and mild juniper to gin, soft drinks, sauces and confectionery.

Flavour Profile
Lemon, coriander seed and angelica carry the nose, orris root and almond add roundness, and the juniper sits discreetly at the base. Cubeb pepper and grains of paradise round things off with a cool, spicy prickle. The finished drink is crystal clear and silky smooth.
