When the litre bottles run out too quickly, it is time for the drum. Five litres of essence corresponds to 187.5 litres of finished gin – enough for a whole season on a busy terrace or a long run of events.
Flavour Profile
The profile is light and perfumed without turning sweet: lemon, coriander seed and orris root on the nose, almond and liquorice root lending a silky mouthfeel, and cubeb and grains-of-paradise pepper as seasoning in the clean finish. The drink comes out perfectly clear.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 5 litres makes 187.5 litres of finished gin. Instructions are on the label.
