PR Apple Brandy Essence is mixed with spirit to make dry apple brandy, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished apple brandy. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.

Apple brandy in production format for drinks producers, juice and cider makers, bakeries and the food industry. 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished drink – over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml.
Flavour Profile
The profile is dry and warm: oven-baked apples, crisp apple peel, cinnamon, vanilla and toasted oak. The finished drink is golden amber with a long, spicy finish. The flavour also holds up well in heat-treated products.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished apple brandy. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
