Flavour Profile
The nose is ripe pineapple and freshly grated coconut. The taste is sweet, clean and fruity, with the pineapple’s bright acidity up front and the smooth roundness of coconut cream behind it – a piña colada in a small glass. The finish is soft and fruity.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit plus sugar. 280 ml makes 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml, 10.5 litres in total. Instructions are on the label.
