PR Amaretto Liqueur Essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make a classic almond liqueur, and can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
Brings bitter almond, marzipan and toffee to liqueurs, baked goods, ice cream and confectionery.
PR Amaretto Liqueur Essence 25 L
Almond liqueur is one of the great volume flavours, and the 25 litre drum is made for producers. It makes 937.5 litres of finished liqueur – over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml.
Flavour Profile
A sweet, aromatic almond profile with marzipan, apricot kernel, vanilla and burnt sugar. The finished liqueur turns out amber-coloured with a long, softly bitter close.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
