The double bottle for those who know that one bottle is rarely enough. 32 ml of essence gives two full bottles of whiskey – one for the weekend’s long drinks and one to keep in reserve.
Flavour Profile
A pale golden colour and a nose of green apples, pear and vanilla custard. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet with honey and toasted barley, entirely without smoke. In the soft finish you can just make out a discreet earthiness that adds character.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 32 ml makes 2 × 750 ml, 1.5 litres of finished whiskey in total. Instructions are on the label.
Serving Suggestions
- Neat with an ice cube in a tumbler.
- Highball with ginger ale and a squeeze of lime.
- In your evening coffee with sugar and lightly whipped cream.
