Flavour Profile
The whisky turns out amber-yellow and clear. The nose is lively with pear, citrus peel and bready malt, framed by a light bonfire smoke. The palate moves from a spicy attack of pepper and cinnamon to sweet malt, vanilla and apple, before the smoke takes a firm hold of the close. The finish is warm, dry and just long enough.
How to Use
