AU Absinthe Essence 55 50 ml – 2.25 litres of powerful absinthe
AU Absinthe Essence 55 turns vodka or neutral spirit into a dry, bitter and intensely herbal absinthe with wormwood, anise and fennel out in front.
50 ml makes 2.25 litres of finished absinthe – one large bottle or three bottles of 75 cl. Real absinthe with 55 mg thujone, our highest thujone content. Instructions are on the label.
Serve with an absinthe spoon, a sugar cube and ice-cold water.

Flavour Profile
Wormwood leads with a broad, clean bitterness, backed by star anise, fennel, hyssop and lemon balm. Hardly any sweetness, plenty of herbal character and a long, dry finish. The drink louches to a milky mother-of-pearl as the iced water is dripped in.
How to Use
