UP Blended Whisky Essence is mixed with spirit to make a fresh, mild blended whisky with malty sweetness, vanilla and discreet smoke, or used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished whisky. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml corresponds to 37.5 ml of finished drink.

UP Blended Whisky Essence 25 L
The classic, easy-drinking style of whisky in a container for industrial use. 25 litres of essence equals 937.5 litres of finished whisky and gives manufacturers a stable core flavour to build a range around.
Flavour Profile
The finished whisky takes on a pale golden colour. The nose is clean with light honey, apple and oat biscuit. The palate is smooth and bready with vanilla custard, almond and a quiet spiciness, rounded off by dry toasted oak and a thin wisp of smoke.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished whisky. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence corresponds to 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
