UP Absinthe Mint is mixed with spirit to make blue absinthe with peppermint, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. The finished absinthe contains 35 mg of thujone per bottle.
Brings mint, anise and herbal bitterness to drinks, chocolate, ice cream and confectionery.

Flavour Profile
An absinthe base of wormwood, green anise, fennel, hyssop and lemon balm, flavoured with peppermint and spearmint. Cool, dry and bittersweet. The finished drink is blue and louches with cold water.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
