UP Absinthe Eucalyptus is mixed with spirit to make fresh eucalyptus absinthe, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. The finished absinthe contains 35 mg of thujone per bottle.
Brings anise, wormwood and cool eucalyptus to drinks, pastilles and desserts.

Flavour Profile
A classic absinthe base of wormwood, green anise, fennel, hyssop and lemon balm with a distinct, menthol-cool eucalyptus note. Dry, herbal and bittersweet. The finished drink louches with cold water.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
