PLUM BRANDY Essence is mixed with spirit to make a clear plum brandy, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished fruit schnapps. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.
Brings ripe plum fruit and an almond note to drinks, jams, baked goods and sauces.

Flavour Profile
The profile is dry and fruity with blue plum, plum skin, marzipan and bitter almond. The finished drink is water-clear.
How to Use
