25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
Brings liquorice, anise, citrus peel, warm spices and rooty bitterness to drinks, sauces and confectionery.

Flavour Profile
Semi-bitter and dark, with liquorice root, star anise, orange peel, ginger, clove and cinnamon over a base of bitter roots. The balance between sweetness and bitterness is built for ice-cold serving.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
