25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished whiskey. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings green fruit, vanilla, honey and toasted barley to drinks, desserts and sauces.

Flavour Profile
The character is built from apple, pear, vanilla custard and light honey over a base of toasted barley. The finished drink is pale golden, smooth on the tongue and free from smoke.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished whiskey. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
