25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished bitter. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.

Flavour Profile
A large number of herbs and spices in balance: wormwood, rowanberry, star anise, ginger and bitter orange, with cinnamon, clove and liquorice root underneath. The finished bitter is dark brown, dry and mild in its bitterness, with a long, warming finish.
