PR Cinnamon Schnapps Essence is mixed with spirit to make a golden-yellow, spicy herbal schnapps with cinnamon, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
Brings cinnamon bark, clove, anise, ginger and a mild herbal bitterness to drinks, baking and confectionery.

Flavour Profile
Golden yellow, off-dry and spicy. Dry cinnamon bark leads, with clove, anise, ginger and orange peel in support. A light honeyed sweetness rounds things off, and a clean herbal bitterness brings it to a close.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
