PR Absinthe Green Absinthe Essence is mixed with spirit to make an emerald-green absinthe that louches and turns milky, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished absinthe. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Real absinthe with 35 mg thujone per finished bottle.
Brings wormwood, anise, fennel and green herbs to drinks, confectionery and shellfish sauces.

Green absinthe in production format. 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished absinthe – over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – with colour, aroma and louche all in place from the very first batch.
Flavour Profile
A clear emerald-green colour that turns a milky jade green with water. The profile is carried by green anise, star anise and fennel over a dry base of wormwood, hyssop, lemon balm and coriander.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished absinthe. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
