Kaiserjäger Rum Essence is mixed with spirit to make an intense spiced rum, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished rum. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.
Brings butter toffee, vanilla, burnt sugar and spice to baked goods, chocolate, ice cream and drinks.

Flavour Profile
The flavour is dominated by butter toffee, butterscotch and vanilla, with rum raisins, cinnamon and clove in the background. The aroma is so strong that it holds up through both baking and freezing.
How to Use
