UP XO Brandy Essence gives spirit the flavour of velvety XO brandy, and can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished brandy. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
Dark chocolate, dates, cinnamon and nuts – a flavour that works just as well in truffles and sauces as it does in the glass.
UP XO Brandy Essence 25 L
A drum for anyone who works with flavour on a large scale. The 25 litres correspond to 937.5 litres of finished brandy, and the concentrated aroma is as useful to the chocolatier and the catering kitchen as it is to the bottler.
Flavour Profile
The flavour is led by dried fruit – dates and figs – followed by candied orange peel, cocoa and roasted walnut. Cinnamon, vanilla and a dry note of cedarwood give a long, warm close. The colour of the finished drink is a dark coppery brown.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished brandy. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
