UP Absinthe White is mixed with spirit to make a crystal-clear blanche-style absinthe that louches and turns milky, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished absinthe. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. The finished absinthe contains 35 mg of thujone per bottle.
Brings fennel, green anise and mild wormwood to drinks, confectionery and sauces – with no colour at all.
UP Absinthe White 25 L
White absinthe in producer format from the Ultra Premium series. 25 litres of essence becomes 937.5 litres of finished absinthe, and because the essence adds no colour it also suits products that need to stay clear or white.
Flavour Profile
A clean, elegant profile with sweet fennel, green anise and star anise, a dry yet soft wormwood note, plus hyssop, lemon balm and coriander. The finished drink is colourless and turns snow white with ice-cold water.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished absinthe. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
