25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.
Brings banana, pineapple, sugar cane and peppery rum character to drinks, ice cream and baked goods.

Flavour Profile
The profile is carried by fruity esters: overripe banana, pineapple and mango over a green base of sugar cane, grass and olive. The finished drink is crystal clear, dry and peppery.
