25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.
Brings molasses, toffee, raisins and vanilla to drinks, baked goods, ice cream and chocolate.

Dark rum in producer format. 25 litres of essence equals 937.5 litres of finished spirit, over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – and it is every bit as useful in the bakery and the ice cream factory as it is in drinks production.
Flavour Profile
A broad, crowd-pleasing profile: molasses and dark brown sugar, cream toffee, raisins, coffee, cocoa and vanilla with gentle spice. The finished drink takes on a deep amber colour.
How to Use
