PR Resterna Brandy Essence is mixed with spirit to make a full-bodied grape brandy in the VSOP style, and can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings raisins, apricot, vanilla, toffee and toasted oak to drinks, sauces and confectionery.
PR Resterna Brandy Essence 25 L
Classic brandy in production format. 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished spirit drink – over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – and gives the drinks producer a safe, broad brandy profile to build a range around.
Flavour Profile
The finished drink is amber in colour with a nose of raisins and dried apricot. The palate is led by vanilla, toffee and toasted oak with a light floral note, and the finish is soft and warming.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
