25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.

Flavour Profile
Ripe yellow pear with the green edge of the skin, a floral top note and a soft tone reminiscent of pear ice lolly. A colourless essence that gives a clear, dry finished drink.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
