Flavour Profile
The finished drink turns a pale straw yellow. The nose is like a summer meadow after haymaking – new-mown hay and sweet grassiness – with soft notes of vanilla, almond and coconut. The taste is round, herbal and lightly sweet, with a long, warm finish.
How to Use
