Mandarin in production format. 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished mandarin vodka – over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – and gives drinks producers a citrus profile that is rounder and juicier than the usual lemon.
Flavour Profile
The character is carried by freshly peeled mandarin and clementine, with the sweet oils of the peel on the nose and a dry, clean finish. The finished drink is water-clear with no liqueur sweetness, which makes it easy to build on.
How to Use
Blend with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
