25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished bitter. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.

Flavour Profile
Wormwood and gentian give a clean, powerful bitterness, supported by liquorice root, aniseed and clove. The finished drink is dark brown like coffee, dry and very long on the finish.
