PR Fig Vodka Essence is mixed with spirit to make a lightly spiced fig vodka, and can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.
Brings ripe figs, jam, honey and nutty warmth to drinks, baked goods and accompaniments for cheese.

Flavour Profile
The character is dark-fruited and soft: ripe figs, fig jam and dried fruit, rounded off by a note of honey and a lightly nutty spice. The finished vodka is clear and dry.
How to Use
