25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings plum, fig, dark chocolate, candied orange and walnut to drinks, sauces and chocolate.

Flavour Profile
