25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished rum. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, raisins and a lightly toasted note to drinks and foods.

A brown mixing rum belongs in every range. With 25 litres of essence you can produce 937.5 litres of finished rum – over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – in a style that appeals to a wide customer base and works both neat and in mixed drinks.
Flavour Profile
A medium-bodied, golden-brown rum with caramel, brown sugar and vanilla at its heart. Raisins, mild spice and a lightly toasted oak note add depth without weight.
How to Use
