PR Black Baccara Rum Essence is mixed with spirit to make a soft, medium-bodied dark rum, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.
Brings caramel, vanilla, banana and lightly toasted oak to drinks, ice cream, baked goods and sauces.

Flavour Profile
Medium-bodied and smooth: caramel, butter toffee and vanilla, ripe banana and tropical fruit, lightly toasted oak and a discreet liquorice note. The finished drink is a clear dark amber.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
