25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.

Apple is a flavour that sells all year round, and in a 25-litre drum it becomes a steady raw material for the producer. The volume makes 937.5 litres of finished spirit – a little over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml.
Flavour Profile
Fresh green apple acidity meets ripe red apple fruit, with apple peel on the finish and a warm note reminiscent of apple cake, yet without any cinnamon. Colourless and clear in the finished product.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
