25 litres of thujone-free essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished absinthe. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.

PR Absinthe Essence Pro Thujone-Free 25 L
The thujone-free version of our Pro absinthe, developed for markets and applications where absinthe must not contain thujone. The flavour is the same as the original. 25 litres makes 937.5 litres of finished absinthe.
Flavour Profile
Dry, herbal and bittersweet with green anise, star anise, fennel, hyssop, lemon balm and coriander, plus a distinct, aromatic wormwood character. The finished drink is emerald green and louches, turning milky with ice-cold water, exactly like the classic version.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished absinthe. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
